Government Relations
The Government Relations Committee ensures that our members are represented when important matters come up before legislators and regulators.  PHCC-NC, Inc. actively represents its association members, providing leadership and services so that their voices are heard on a federal, state, and local level.
 

Fair competition, prompt payment, code and licensing issues, lien laws ... you name it, Government Relations is involved in the issues that matter. From fighting for contractors' rights in Raleigh to assisting with hometown code issues and dozens of others in between, PHCC-NC, Inc. is the best friend our members have!

This Committee educates government officials about members' businesses and the conditions under which they must operate. Our efforts enable these leaders to better understand the value our members provide and how government can help our members succeed.

A big part of our work includes trying to influence legislators and legislation through our Political Action Committee.
