New 2010 Code Books are available. Each licensee will need to purchase a new code book to get the changes being enforced beginning July 1, 2010. To order 2010 NC Plumbing & Mechanical Code Books from the International Code Council, visit www.iccsafe.org or call the ICC Store at 1-800-786-4452. Visit NC Dept. of Insurance at www.ncdoi.com to order online with a discount. According to the NC State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating & Fire Sprinkler Contractors as of 1/08/08:

When taking a North Carolina Code class individual licensees who are in attendance must have the most recent N.C. Code bookwith them in the class. If you do not have the most recent code book CE providers have been asked turn the licensee away from the class.
